Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of banks. Financial performance stands out as an important issue for businesses in the globalizing economy conditions. Within the scope of the study, Gray Relational Analysis, one of the Multi- Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques, was used. In the study, analyzes were carried out using the financial ratios obtained from the financial statement data of 11 banks between 2018 and 2020. Financial ratios used in the study, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Equity / Total Assets, Total Loans / Total Deposits, Non-Performing Receivables / Total Loans, Liquid Assets / Current Liabilities, Average Return on Assets, Average Return on Equity, Net Interest Income After Special Provisions / Total Assets are Non-Interest Income (Net) / Total Assets, Net Profit per Employee. As a result of the analyzes carried out, 11 banks were ranked according to their financial performance between the years 2018-2020. As a result of the study, the bank with the highest financial performance in 2018 and 2020 was Akbank T.A.Ş., and the bank with the lowest financial performance was Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. has been identified as. In 2019, the bank with the highest financial performance was ING Bank A.Ş., and the bank with the lowest financial performance was Denizbank A.Ş. determined as. The financial performance ranking of the banks included in the study is shown in the table at the end of the study. In future studies, it is recommended to the authors to analyze different sectors and data periods by using the Gray Relational Analysis method

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı bankaların finansal performanslarının analiz edilmesidir. Finansal performans, küreselleşen ekonomi şartlarında işletmeler için önem arz eden bir konu olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) tekniklerinden Gri İlişkisel Analiz kullanılmıştır.
